14 July 2017, UAE ~ The Toscana Endurance Lifestyle, held for the third consecutive year at the San Rossore Estate near Pisa, Italy, and the unique racetrack by the same name, will host two high profile rides from 14-16 July and then from 4-6 August 2017.

The Toscana Endurance Lifestyle Festival held over two weekends highlights Dubai’s continued commitment to International endurance support. The status of the Toscana Endurance Lifestyle continues to grow with a record prize money fund supported by the Meydan Group that has increased from the previously announced €500,000 to approximately double that amount and now boasts a record 500 entries from 44 nations.

Additional cash benefits for entries, entry fees and boxes, travel allowance reimbursements, prize money for the first three winners of the three categories and financial incentive for all the horses that finish, will boost the pool total for this competition to close to €2 Million.”

The teams competing in the CEI 3*, CEI 2* and CEI 2* Ladies will be the beneficiaries of this prize money fund and this includes an invitation for the top three of every category (who are not residents of the UAE) to travel to the final event of the 2018 HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Endurance Cup Festival in Dubai.

For the two Italian events, facilities will be set up worth over €3 million, including a fully equipped veterinary clinic and an environment-friendly International Village.

The estate of San Rossore is the most significant remains of the “Selva Palatina”, a forest that until the Middle Ages stretched along the Tuscan coast between the river Magra to the present south coast of the province of Pisa.
