Ricardo Chiappe Takes Last Call MHF and RB Kindle to Delaware Wins

Last Call MHF winning at Delaware Park on 9/23/17

Last Call MHF (Kaolino x Always and Forever) took her second win of the season with Ricardo Chiappe in the saddle in the Delaware Allowance for three-year-olds + on 23 September 2017. Miss Paradise under Eddie Zambrana kept pace with the five-yr-old Kaolino filly but was beaten by a nose at the finish. Risky Red came in third. Last Call MHF is trained by Simon Hobson and owned by Lynn Bennett of Favoritt Arabians.

Owner Bennet said: “The thrill of winning is such an adrenaline rush and I am proud of my team of trainer, Simon Hobson and all those who have helped and encouraged us. We have great plans for this mare and a few others in our stable are showing their heels to the competition.” Win time for the mile + was 1:59:87.

 

R B Kindle winning The Delaware Park Arabian Juvenile Filly Championship (Gr 3) at Delaware Park on 9/23/17

Ricardo Chiappe earned a double when he took RB Kindle to win the Juvenile Filly Championship Stakes Gr 3 on the same card at the same distance. RB Kindle (Burning Sand) is owned by Garrett Ford and trained by Jerenesto Torrez. RB Kinkie Boots under Scott Spieth gave trainer Torrez a double when he finished second by two lengths and Royally Bred under Kirsten Swan moved up to take the third. First, second and third place each received the Arabian Racing Cup (ARC) Breeder Incentive Award of $500 in addition to the $20,000+ Prize money. Win time: 1:57:23
