26 May 2015, The Netherlands ~ The Dutch Arabian Racing Committee (DARC) is delighted to invite you to participate in the first races sponsored in The Netherlands by the Dubai International Arabian Races (DIAR) whose patron is His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum (UAE Minster of Finance and Deputy Ruler of Dubai).
Three races, including two IFAHR Listed PA races, will be run at Duindigt on 14 June 2015.
The Dubai International Arabian Races is supported by Shadwell Stud. Director, Richard Lancaster, is keen that the first races under the sponsorship of DIAR in The Netherlands should be a success:

Horses placed in the races at Duindigt will be eligible to compete at DIAR Newbury (UK) on Sunday 26th July for an added bonus prize fund, details of which are attached to this letter. Preparation Races for Dubai International Arabian Races – Newbury 26th July 2015
In 2015, Dubai International Arabian Races is introducing Preparation Races for our flagship event at Newbury (UK) on 26th July.
The races that are identified as Preparation Races will have specific added conditions: the horses that finish 1st, 2nd or 3rd in a Preparation Race and win the target race at Newbury on 26th July will receive a bonus in addition to the official prize money of the target race.

Race for Purebred Arabian horses not having won a Gr.1 PA, Gr.2 PA or Gr.3 PA race, nor having been placed 2-5 in a Gr.1 PA nor 2-4 in a Gr.2 PA race nor 2-3 in a Gr.3 PA race

PLEASE NOTE: extra condition for DIAR races in Duindigt Holland on 14th June 2015
DIAR races in Duindigt Holland on 14th June 2015 are to be restricted as follows:
No Pure Bred horse shall be eligible to run in Shadwell/ DIAR sponsored races in Holland unless it has been parentage identified and its pedigree contains named horses in a minimum of 3 generations and there is confirmation, to the satisfaction of DARC, that where the parentage has been verified it must have been verified for those 3 generations against the original blood or DNA sample taken at the first registration.
For the avoidance of doubt 3 generations means the parents, grandparents and great grandparents.
