21 March 2016, USA ~ The FEI Brussels Equestrian Endurance Masters (BEEM) to be held 19-20-21 August 2016 makes a bold statement on the new look for endurance.
- Friday 19/08 – CEIO3* 160 kms – International race (Nations Cup)
- Saturday 20/08 – CEI1* 100 Kms – CEN 80 Kms (for horses of 6 years of age)
- Sunday 21/08 – CEI2* 120 kms – Sponsored International Teams
After jumping, endurance is the second most engaged equestrian discipline of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI). In 2015, the FEI awarded
to the Belgian project, called Brussels Equestrian Endurance Masters
(BEEM), two major events for 2017: the Senior European Championships
and the World Championships for Young Horses.
The Organizing Committee (OC) of BEEM has taken this opportunity to establish a competitive program covering 2016, 2017 and 2018, with a focus in the Senior World Championships 2020 and the sustainable positioning of Brussels as a not to be missed step in the annual international calendar – 3 days of competition on an identical circuit each 3rd weekend of August.
