Roxy CS Wins the ARAC Distaff Stakes in Colorado

Roxy CS guided by Travis Wales was in front heading out the gate with WMA Got It and Mothersday SA holding their own with her. Taking the lead, Roxy CS did not let go of her advantage, opening the lead over Sweet Wan on the turn and could not be caught on her run for home. Sweet Wan, trained by Able Borg under Hugo Herrera came second, third in was Derby Rose SA ridden by Nathan Haar for trainer David Kaden, and fourth was WMA Got IT, ridden by Chris Fackler for trainer Terri Eaton.The win time was 1:21:17 for the 6 furlongs.

Roxy CS was bred by Eric and Randi Moreau-Sipiere and is by AF Albahar out of Reign Supreme CS by Kador De Blaziet
Trainer Nicole Ruggeri said of the three-year-old’s win: “She’s another lovely horse with a good pedigree and she showed potential early on.”
