Qassam W’rsan Wins at Sharjah

HARC eligible Qassam W’rsan (Monarch AH (US) x Cash On The Spot (US) by Sam Tiki (US) stormed to victory in the last race at Sharjah on 17 December, in the Longines 2000m (10 f) UAE Bred Conditions for Purebred Arabians, giving trainer Jaci Wickham her 100th UAE winner.

Qassam W’rsan‘s owner, His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nayhan, founder and inspiration of the Heritage Arabian Racing Club (HARC), was particularly delighted with the result as Qassam W’rsan is one of the last home-bred horses from W’rsan’s foundation sire, Monarch AH, now preparing to celebrate his 30th birthday. Winning apprentice jockey, Cameron Noble happily celebrated was his first Arabian winner in the UAE.
