27 February 2015, Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club ~ The recent signing of the 10-year partnership between Goodwood Racecourse and Qatar Equestrian Federation brings a bonus of support for British racing, but also for Arabian racing around the world.
The partnership will bring in an additional £2 million prize money for eight key races during the July Qatar Goodwood Festival 2015, as well as a commitment to increase this year-on-year. Total prize money on offer for five days beginning 28 July now totals £4.5 million.

Arabian racing is a pride in Qatar and is not forgotten in the Goodwood bonus. There will two races at the Qatar Goodwood Festival for Arabian horses, with one being the first leg of the Arabian Triple Crown. The second leg will take place on Prix de l’Arc day in France in October and the final race of the Triple Crown will be in Doha, Qatar, in 2016.
