HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum sponsors the 1000m sprint handicap through Shadwell with prize money of 120,000 AED ($33,000). HH Sheikh Hamdan’s stables have 4 runners entered in the race.

1 November marks the beginning of Arabian racing in the UAE at Sharjah, with five out of six races featuring Arabians.
